Please be aware that while this position utilizes a hybrid model, three days a week are IN OFFICE, in NY, and this is not a remote position.

Compensation :

$90,000 - $120,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Develop personalized financial plans for clients based on potential life changes and evolving financial requirements
  • Continuously seek out and engage with new prospects to establish strong, trusted relationships as their dedicated advisor
  • Gather and analyze each client’s financial information to evaluate their financial status, goals, cash flow, and expectations
  • Educate clients about how to make the best financial decisions for their family
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to current clients, meticulously tracking all communications, strategies, and financial advice provided
  • Assist individuals in implementing various financial recommendations, including life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products tailored to their needs
  • Qualifications :

  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships through effective communication
  • Superior relationship skills, communication skills, and customer service skills are necessary
  • Demonstrated business-minded drive with a passion for autonomy in managing your practice
  • Openness to coaching and continuous learning for professional and personal development
  • Relevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, and best practices is preferred
  • Sales and finance experience is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Ability to pass licensing exams
  • Experience in sales & finance is helpful but not required
