As they continue to grow, were seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion ensuring each phase meets company standards for excellence, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with leadership and field teams.
- Lead subcontractor and vendor selection, negotiation, and management.
- Monitor progress, ensure compliance with specifications, and resolve issues that may arise during construction.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
- Oversee documentation, change orders, and reporting to ensure project accuracy and accountability.
