Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to design and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with revenue goals
Lead and develop a Commercial Sales team focused on upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention
Implement a structured operational framework for sales processes, including opportunity plans and sales meetings
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of progressive Sales leadership experience in a SaaS environment
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing customer relationships
