Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Athletic Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports medicine and rehabilitation, with a focus on providing high-quality, patient-centered care. This role involves working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our patients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with conducting comprehensive assessments of patients to identify injuries, conditions, and limitations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physical therapists, occupational therapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists.
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of injury prevention programs for athletes and active individuals.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care and collaborate on treatment strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and advancements in sports medicine and rehabilitation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards of care.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training or related field.Current certification and licensure as an Athletic Trainer (ATC) in the state of New Jersey.Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and therapeutic interventions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.Experience working with a diverse patient population, including athletes and active individuals of all ages.Compensation :
