Our client in Plano, TX is a small, friendly office seeking a Part-time QuickBooks for Mac Consultant to join them in a part-time consulting role. This newly created position is ideal for someone who’s looking to earn extra income while making a meaningful impact. You’ll work on-site just once or twice a month to help audit the books, train the team, and prepare for key financial milestones. If you enjoy working independently, teaching others, and improving financial workflows, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements :

• Proven experience with QuickBooks for Mac (not just Online or Desktop versions)
• Strong grasp of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience with small businesses-bonus points for construction or trades background
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Ability to work independently

Hours : 1-2 days per month (flexible schedule)

Pay rate : $20-25 / hr.
