As a Training Coordinator at Cambrian Homecare LLC , you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our caregiver team. In addition to managing internal training efforts, you will also represent Cambrian Homecare LLC, in the community by building relationships with referral sources and workforce development agencies. This dual role is essential in ensuring our caregivers are well-prepared and that Cambrian maintains strong ties with our community partners.

This is not a remote position

Responsibilities

• Training & Development

Coordinate and deliver orientation and ongoing training sessions for new and existing care providers

Build and maintain positive relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, workforce development agencies and referral sources
