Senior Intelligence Subject Matter Expert
SOSi is seeking Senior Intelligence Subject Matter Expert to support a Military Information Support Operation (MISO) program. The right candidate will serve as an Intelligence Lead and an expert in special activities and Intelligence matters for execution, policy, and oversight of intel operations for their client.
Essential Job Duties :
- Coordinates activities across staff directorates, while also responsible for direct coordination with the client's Intelligence Directorate and inter-agency partners.
- Manages the operations, plans, policy, and standards for special activities supporting the broader intelligence strategy.
- Provides continuity for joint, inter-agency, and national operations.
- Facilitates coordination of military information support operational posture with national and theater intelligence agencies, services, and theater component commands.
- Performs as an essential member of a group of hand-picked action officers who will be responsible for directing the planning, development, and implementation of special Intelligence operations, oversight, and resourcing requirements.
- Provides support for all matters pertaining to Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Counterintelligence (CI), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Non-Intelligence Source Operations (NISO), and Operational Preparation of the Environment (OPE) activities.
Minimum Requirements :
Active in scope TS / SCI ClearanceBachelor's degree in a related business or technical disciplineRequires 10+ years of experience (SOF related preferred)Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrates broad, detailed, in-depth skills, knowledge, and ability to conceive, plan, develop and produce a wide range of comprehensive operational management, policy making, and oversight actions for SOF intelligence operations.Requires thorough understanding of Joint and Service operational and intelligence structures, the elements of the intelligence community, target audience analysis, the Modernized Integrated Database and the targeting cycle.Requires experience operating on a GO / FO level SOF staffExperience in polices and processes regulating the conduct of special operations activitiesPreferred Qualifications :
