Qualifications - Active Washington State medical license. - Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology. - Up to date certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS. - Prior experience with high-risk pregnancy management and complex deliveries. - Clean malpractice history. Working Hours - Varied shifts with an emphasis on weekend call coverage. - Specific call dates : Oct 24-27, Nov 7-10, Nov 27-Dec 1, and every other weekend thereafter. Skills - Expertise in managing low and high-risk pregnancies. - Proficiency in surgical gynecology procedures. - Strong documentation skills for EMR and audit reports. - Effective decision-making for cesarean sections and complex deliveries.
