As an RN, you will provide compassionate and skilled care to individuals receiving psychiatric, substance abuse, crisis, and residential services. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure that each individual receives personalized attention and support.\n\nGeneral RN Responsibilities : \n
• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans\n
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians' orders\n
• Monitor vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant health data\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records\n
• Educate clients and their families about various medical conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care\n
• Promote a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff\n
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge\n\nRequirements : \n
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Missouri\n
• Prefer one year of experience in a healthcare setting\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\n
