As an Order Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless processing of customer orders and inquiries. You will be responsible for managing orders, coordinating shipments, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

Work Environment
This role is based in a call center environment. Training hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, for approximately 6-8 weeks. Post-training, the shift hours will be either 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM or 9 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM, with a half-hour lunch break. The work schedule includes remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and on-site attendance from Tuesday to Thursday. You will work closely with a trainer during the initial training period.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 / hr.
