General Manager
As a General Manager, you will plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a senior living facility normally generating $2-15M+ in revenue to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs. Depending on the client, services can include food service, facility support, custodial services, retail, lodging, transportation, and more. Our General Managers are capable operations managers who lead a team to provide excellent service to our clients. With knowledge of the client's business, positive relationship building skills, financial savvy, and a focus on safety, our team makes a difference every day.
Compensation : The salary range for this position ranges from $85,000.00 to $95,000.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
