job_description.job_card.job_descriptionRemain drug and alcohol free while on Company premises and within the scope of duty Understand and comply with all Sanco Enterprises policies and procedures Observe safety and security policies and procedures and use equipment and materials accordingly Duties may be added, deleted, or modified at any time, at the discretion of management, via written, verbal, formal, or informal means Problem Solving – identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully, and maintains necessary communication Interpersonal Skills – maintains open communication with fellow employees, supervision, and management, remains open to others’ ideas, and exhibits willingness to try new things Planning / Organizing – prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently Quality Control – demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality Adaptability – adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events Dependability – consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance Professionalism – maintains a professional appearance and attitude at all times Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED) Diesel engine experience Technical degree or certification is a plus Written and verbal communication skills Microsoft Office skills Work with diagnostic computers for troubleshooting and repairs Use computers for web-based training and work order system Work independently in a field service environment while displaying a professional and confident relationship with the customer Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude Possess a clean driving record Pass a DOT approved physical Exposure to varying weather-related temperatures (both inside and outside) Frequently works on scaffolding Moderate exposure to confined spaces, moving objects, and mechanical parts Moderate exposure to chemicals and fumes Moderate noise level

- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair of refrigeration units and auxiliary power units
- Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify all components
- Positively interface with Service Writers, leadership team, the parts department, drivers, vendors, and customers
- Keep paperwork updated and submitted upon completion
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Meet and maintain labor efficiency goals
- Meet requirements for certifications
