We are searching for a talented Supportive Care Chaplain

Hours : Per Diem

Shift : Day shift, per diem Monday - Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

Location : Visiting Nurse Association - Fairhaven, MA

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Director, Supportive Care Services or designee, provide spiritual support to terminally ill patients and their families. Make spiritual assessments of patients, taking into account mental, emotional, physical and spiritual stresses, and respond with appropriate counseling and care. Other duties include, but are not limited to : directing the spiritual plan of care, acting as a liaison to community clergy, participating in performance improvement initiatives and training pastoral care volunteers.

Qualifications

Compensation : Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $23.38 - USD $39.32 / Hr.
