Responsibilities include serving as a financial advisor to the management team for planning purposes, reporting and budgeting. Develops appropriate tracking methods and key performance indicators for the business. Assists in preparing short and long-term financial projections as well as overall business objectives. Effectively communicates with management.

Provide business insights through analyses, summaries and reports of financial data

Assist preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budget

Review monthly, quarterly and year-end consolidated reporting for management

Support partnerships with business leaders to achieve goals in their respective areas, as well as company's goals and strategic initiatives.

Automate and improve processes

Collaborate with other departments, both within Finance and in other functions

Review / prepare / present complex ad hoc reporting to management

Communicate effectively with leaders and team members throughout TBC

Ensure compliance to internal controls and Company policies

Strong commitment to customer service

Perform job with integrity and transparency

Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in finance, or related field

3+ years of experience in finance, or related field

Strong computer skills- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and JDE

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally

Strong problem solving and customer service skills

Able to operate in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual language skills in Spanish / English are a plus
