Nurse Practitioner

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) –  Ashland Area

We are seeking an experienced  Family Nurse Practitioner  to provide high-quality primary care in a patient-focused clinical environment. The ideal candidate will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote wellness and manage chronic conditions.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions

Provide preventive care and health education to patients and families

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated treatment plans

Maintain accurate, confidential documentation

Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities

Qualifications :

Current and active  Ohio Nurse Practitioner license and certification  (Family Practice)

Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a care team

Schedule :

Full-time, weekday schedule, on-site at a modern family practice clinic.

Compensation :

$112,000 – $132,000 annually , commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement contributions.
