Clerical / Dispatcher

Wednesday-Saturday 7am-3 : 30pm & Sunday 5am-1 : 30pm

Coordinate and dispatch drivers according to schedules and customer needs.

Maintain accurate records of driver assignments, routes, and delivery times.

Communicate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management.

Monitor transportation systems and respond to issues or delays.

Assist with reporting and compliance documentation.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or clerical work preferred.

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatching software.

Ability to work in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment.

Base Pay : $20.00 per HOUR
