Product Marketing Manager, Developer Solutions

As a Product Marketing Manager in the Developer Solutions team, you’ll focus on awareness, adoption, and advocacy of Atlassian's developer-focused products and capabilities, such as Jira Software, Bitbucket, and Rovo Dev AI agents. You will report to the Director of Product Marketing, Developer Solutions.

You’ll be the go-to expert on bringing our story to life through developer-focused events, both owned and third-party. From major conferences to hands-on workshops, your job is to ensure our presence and Atlassian branding resonates with technical audiences in authentic, creative, and scalable ways.

Responsibilities

• Develop the event strategy for developer-focused marketing—across Atlassian-hosted events (e.g. TEAM), third-party conferences (e.g., GitHub Universe, KubeCon), and community-led meetups.
• Partner with Product, Evangelism, and Customer Lifecycle Marketing to align event messaging with product launches and business goals.
• Craft compelling narratives and technical content for events, including session briefs, demos, presentations, and partner engagement.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to highlight use cases, customer stories, and developer workflows.
• Work with Field Marketing, Content, Design, and Sales Enablement to grow the impact of event-driven marketing.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. The base pay ranges are determined by geographic zones and location. Zone A : $131,400 - $171,550; Zone B : $118,800 - $155,100; Zone C : $109,800 - $143,350. This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
