Position Overview We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), Colorado to drive strategic growth within a defined multi-state territory. This role is responsible for developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and delivering profitable revenue growth across our full line of waste and recycling equipment, parts, and service solutions. This is more than a sales role—it’s about building partnerships. Our approach is consultative, helping customers achieve their operational, safety, and sustainability goals with solutions that are safe, efficient, and cost-effective. The RSM acts as a trusted advisor, connecting customer needs with the company’s capabilities and resources. Key Responsibilities Territory Development & Growth Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. Identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, lead generation, and site visits. Manage the sales funnel and pipeline with CRM tools and disciplined follow-up. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with tailored solutions for material handling and waste processing needs. Conduct regular customer site visits to assess challenges and recommend value-added services or equipment upgrades. Ensure seamless after-sales support in collaboration with service and parts teams. Sales Execution Prepare and deliver compelling proposals aligned with customer needs and budgets. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics. Support pricing strategies, customer onboarding, and ongoing business reviews. Collaboration & Teamwork Partner with inside sales, service leadership, and other business units to deliver a consistent customer experience. Work with business development and marketing teams to target strategic accounts and industries. Participate actively in weekly regional and national sales meetings. Qualifications 5+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial markets. Experience with capital equipment, engineered systems, or industrial services preferred. Proven track record in consultative selling, managing long sales cycles, and presenting to plant management and executive-level decision-makers. Competitive, self-disciplined, and customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM systems, ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite), Microsoft 365, and pipeline reporting tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel regionally as required to Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Utah, Montana, N and S Dakota.
