Robert Half's client is seeking a highly skilled Legal Assistant or Property Tax Paralegal to support legal operations specializing in property tax law. This role requires strong organizational, research, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update client data within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely information for property tax appeal cases.
  • Conduct research on property tax laws, market trends, and valuation data to support the preparation of appeals.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, assessors, legal teams, and government entities, handling inquiries and communications effectively.
  • Prepare and track legal documents, contracts, and agreements using Salesforce workflows.
  • Organize case timelines and ensure tasks and deadlines are met to support property tax appeals.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team during hearings, trials, and meetings.
  • Monitor and document performance metrics related to negotiated agreements and legal operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and maintain compliance with property tax appeal requirements.
  • Analyze property and market data to provide insights that guide strategic decisions in legal cases.
  • Manage Salesforce-driven workflows to enhance operational efficiency and client interactions.
  • Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in sales operations, data analytics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration, customer relationship management, or similar areas.
  • Familiarity with real estate, property management, or legal operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software tools.
  • Knowledge of discovery, trial preparation, and litigation processes is advantageous.
  • Experience with property tax research and legal case management is a plus.
