job_description.job_card.job_descriptionExtensive experience in CNC milling and / or lathe operations Hands-on experience with Hurco and Doosan machines, including FYER controls Proficient in Mastercam programming Strong skills in conversational programming at the machine Knowledge of tool selection, feeds, speeds, and machining best practices Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Pay : $30–$40 / hr (depending on experience) Schedule : 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM, with every other Friday off Overtime : Unlimited opportunities — start early, stay late, or both Benefits : Health and dental care, sick time, vacation time, paid holiday
Responsibilities :
- Operate and program Hurco and Doosan CNC machines, including machines with FYER controls
- Perform CAM programming using Mastercam and execute conversational programming at the machine
- Set up and align workpieces, tools, and fixtures according to specifications
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and maintain high quality standards
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to maintain precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with teams to meet project deadlines
- Document work and maintain accurate production records
