Shift Times : 6 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Hours / Week : 40 guaranteed (10-hour shifts)

Position Overview :

A facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia is seeking an experienced Travel Surgical Technologist for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons and registered nurses, ensuring a safe and efficient operating room environment.

Responsibilities :

Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available.

Maintain sterile techniques and assist the surgical team throughout procedures.

Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and provide instruments and materials as required.

Handle specimens properly and maintain accurate counts of instruments, sponges, and needles.

Support post-operative clean-up and equipment sterilization.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience within specialty – Required

BLS (AHA) – Required

Surgical Technologist Certification – Required
