• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.\n\n
• Preferred 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.\n\nRequirements : \n\n
• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).\n\n
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations\n\n
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living 50 miles from facility will be processed as local.\n\n
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.\n\n
• 6 months between Staff at Program : Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - South\n\nPre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.\n\nAdditional Details : \n\nRequired Credentials : Driver's License / State ID\n\nSpecial Requests : \n\nAll jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.\n\nCurrent Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.\n\nIn order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on drivers license.\n\nDriver License is required for RN / LPN / PTs working on a compact license.\n\nAscension Health does not accept vaccine / TDAP declinations.\n\nFloating Requirements : Travelers may be asked to float to different units or facilities within a 35-mile radius of their original assignment. Floating will be based on staffing needs, patient census, and acuity.
