Salary / Pay Rate / Compensation : $65,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually

Schedule : Mon-Fri 6am-4pm (until finish). Availability to work on weekends when needed and to rotate working between two Baltimore locations if needed.

What's a typical day as Production Manager?

  • Supervising production crews and ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Utilizing World Class Manufacturing techniques to drive operational results and performance measures.
  • Actively planning and organizing day-to-day manufacturing operations and schedules for Meat Preparation, including slicing, packing, and boxing.

What You'll Need

  • Hold a 4-year college degree in Food Science, Management, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in a meat further processing environment (REQUIRED) and 2+ years of direct supervision experience in a manufacturing environment (REQUIRED).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing regulations regarding safety, quality, HACCP, and GMPs.
