Hi there! This is Jason from ProTouch Medical.

We are in search of a Locum Emergency Medicine Physician for the Eastern Illinois area. The ideal Candidate will be Board Certified Emergency Medicine (ABEM) & be OK with both days and nights. Shifts beginning September 2024. Once provider is accepted and moved into credentialing, can start offering tentative shifts.

Job Type : Locums / Contract

Shifts : 8a-8p & 8p-8a 12-hour shifts

Work setting :

  • 14,664 Yearly Volume (40 pts / day)
  • Admission Rate : 7%
  • ED Beds : 10
  • 12 hours of APP coverage
  • EMR : Center
  • Dictation software available
  • Must participate in EDAP & Acute Stroke Ready Hospital Initiatives
  • Trauma Designation : Stroke Center
  • Subspecialty Backup : ENT; Peds; GI; Optho; Ortho; Surgery; Behavioral Health; Obstetrics

Requirements :

  • MUST ABEM with 2 years experience (No Exceptions)
  • Current & Active ACLS, BLS & DEA
