Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep across YWCA Utahs campus buildings and grounds. This role ensures that building systems remain operational, facilities are safe, and residents, staff, and visitors have well-maintained spaces in which to live and work.

Schedule

Full-time (36 hours), primarily MondayFriday, with occasional evening, weekend, or on-call needs. Nine-hour workdays with one (1) weekday off per week to be scheduled.

Physical / Sensory Demands

This role requires mobility across multiple campus buildings, use of tools and equipment, and occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Safety equipment and training are provided.
