HB NEXT is actively seeking a part-time Environmental Consultant / NPDES Inspector based in Chattanooga, TN to support our expanding operations in the region. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working outdoors, values flexibility, and is passionate about environmental compliance in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct stormwater and NPDES inspections on construction sites
• Collaborate with site personnel to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Document findings and provide recommendations using HB NEXT’s proprietary software
• Travel to various job sites across the region
