Operate heavy equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and excavators to support plant operations

Monitor and maintain material flow to ensure efficient production

Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment

Assist with plant housekeeping and safety compliance

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment

Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to working safely

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$22.50 to $33.01 per hour
