Highly organized and adept at documenting daily summaries. Able to assist individuals in wheelchairs, including pushing them up ramps and into vehicles. Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs routinely. A background in electronics, mechanical systems, or computing is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license.

Royalty Staffing is helping an innovative transportation innovation firm, to find dedicated Vehicle Operators for their micro-transit initiative that is connecting rural communities. This role is crucial for ensuring every passenger enjoys a secure, impeccably clean, and consistently pleasant travel experience.
LOCATION - Grand Rapids, MN, area
WORK ENVIRONMENT - In-person / field
EXPECTED PAY - 20.00 USD Per Hour
SCHEDULE - Part time, up to 30 hours per week
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH – Ongoing / Contract
As a Vehicle Operator, you'll :
- Utilize advanced vehicle and accessibility technologies to provide complimentary transportation services within Grand Rapids and its neighboring communities, specifically targeting residents of Cohasset, Deer River, and Ball Club.
- Engage regularly with passengers and the operational team.
- Offer insights to enhance vehicle comfort, aesthetics, and the overall passenger journey.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness of vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
