Security Officer Dispatch Driver Government

As a Security Officer Dispatch Driver Government in Riverside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a DISPATCH professional with Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities at a government location. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to those on site. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in line with AU Driver Policy Requirements. Pay Rate : $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Tuesday 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Wednesday 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Thursday 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Friday 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

Saturday 01 : 00 PM - 09 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and operate communication systems and dispatch resources as required for incidents and events at the location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site personnel as needed.
  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Maintain detailed records of all activities, incidents, and communications related to the dispatch operations.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to relay important information or instructions.
  • Assist in the coordination of regular and random patrols by other security-related personnel around the location and perimeter, as appropriate.
  • Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points through electronic systems and / or reports from field staff.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Pepper spray certification is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
