Position : Registered Nurse (RN), Float Pool\nNurse Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)\n\nStatus / FTE : \n\nFT / 0.8-1.0 FTE Shift length : \n\n12 hours Start Time : \n\n1900 Unit : \n\nAdult Float Pool (ICU / PCU, Med / Surg, Extended stay, ED, Rehab) Schedule Requirements (including weekends, holidays) : \n\nThree (3) 12-hour shifts per week, every third weekend.\n\nRequired qualifications : \n\nCurrent state RN license Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire 3-5 years RN experience in one of the Adult Float Pool units\n\nPreferred qualifications : \n\nspecialty certification preferred Additional Information / Department information : \n\nThe RN utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care of patients from admission to department through discharge or transfer. Provides expert care and education to patients in clinical setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel. The RN is knowledgeable in clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents.
