Job Description
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk with manufacturing and logistics experience to join a fast-paced, high-quality operation. This position plays a critical role in supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy to keep production moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Collect finished goods from manufacturing departments and accurately enter data into inventory systems.
Prepare packing lists, shipping labels, customs documents, and other required shipment paperwork.
Coordinate with carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, LTL) to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
Organize and prepare Will Call orders for customer pickup.
Load and unload trucks, operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
Track and manage inventory through warehouse management software.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Maintain stock levels of shipping and receiving supplies.
Comply with all quality management and safety requirements.
Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
2 years of relevant shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
Proficiency with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping systems.
Forklift and material handling equipment operation experience (certification preferred).
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) in compliance with ITAR / EAR regulations.
Vantage Clear or equivalent security clearance required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items and work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate : $22–$32 (based on experience)
