About the team, this team supports a product suite to support Real-time transaction screening systems designed to monitor payments and trades, ensuring compliance with sanctions, watchlists, PEPs, and other financial crime regulations

Hands-on Technical Lead with deep expertise in VueJs, SpringBoot and DevOps practices to lead a team of full stack developers and deliver high quality enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will drive architecture decisions, guide the team technically, and ensure code quality. Responsibilities

• Leading the design, development and deployment of full-stack application using VueJS & SpringBoot.
• Collaborating with Product Owners, Architects and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business needs into robust solutions
• Optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability, reliability and security of systems.
• Serve as a primary technical point of contact for the team.
• Provide design and architectural input across a product.
• Code Reviews- Working directly with customers and end users. Serve as acknowledged go to person on coding and technical issues.
