Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the team and broader organization. Align closely with leaders across Product, Core AI, Knowledge Graph, Marketing, Trust, Shipping, and Global Markets. Integrate partner technologies to enhance product offerings. Represent your product area in executive forums and communicate technical strategies with business impact. Collaborate with program and operations teams to ensure roadmap execution and timely delivery. 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on customer-facing innovation at scale. Proven track record defining and executing strategies in marketplaces, platforms, or commerce ecosystems. Hands-on experience developing AI-driven or automation features, particularly using generative AI, computer vision, or inference systems. Deep analytical capability with a data-first mindset and strong experimentation chops. 10+ years of team leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and scaling high-performing teams. Exceptional storytelling, collaboration, and influence across senior stakeholders and partners. Strong empathy for sellers, and a desire to simplify and enhance their day-to-day workflows.

As Sr. Director, Product Management, you will lead one of the most transformative product areas within eBay. You'll spearhead the advancement of AI capabilities, including seller agent features, and shape the future of Listing and Selling experiences on eBay. This includes core ownership of Magical ListingeBays flagship solution that uses generative AI, image recognition, and automation to help sellers create compelling listings from a photo or text prompt.
This is a critical leadership role for a strategic, data-driven product executive who thrives at the intersection of AI, cutting-edge technology, customer empathy, and cross-functional collaboration.
