WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Maintain continued education related to all professional certifications including OSHA 30Understand and enforce all required safety protocol related to inspecting building enclosure components such as roofs and exterior wallsReview submittals and shop drawings related to Building EnclosureParticipate in Preconstruction meetings with Building Enclosure trades on projectsAid in the Review and comment on Third Party Exterior Envelope Consultant reports with the BESS and project teamAssist in oversight and maintenance of field quality control related to Building Enclosure on projectsGenerate reports from inspections of Building Enclosure on projects in ACCAssist project teams with developing Requests for Information (RFI) related to key details for the Building Enclosure of their projectsSupport field testing with pre-inspections and diagnosticsAssist with the development and communication of the project plan to include the enclosure scope and BE quality programsAssist in resolving construction issues to maintain productivity and Water tightnessSupport project teams with best practice sequencing and planningReports to the Building Enclosure Senior SuperintendentWHAT YOU'LL BRING :
Experience and proficiency in Specification divisions 07 & 08 for material, install, and testingStrong leadership skills, ability to mentor and train othersStrong written and verbal communication skills, ability to aid in meetings and coordinate with Owners and DesignersExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, ACC, Bluebeam, as well as other shared platforms for viewing Building Information Models, Drawings, and SpecificationsHas experience in Field review of enclosure work, design review, enclosure testingAbility to maintain a commitment of quality throughout the enclosureAdapts well to changes in work environmentAbility to travel to jobsites in NC and SCStrong focus on conflict resolutionRRO, RRC, REWO, PE, and AIA are beneficial but not requiredBENEFITS :
