Front Desk Concierge – KVRB Private FBO (Luxury Aviation Services)

Location :  Vero Beach, FL

Full Time : Monday - Friday, 6 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 00 p.m. - June to September

  • Monday - Saturday, 6 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 00 p.m. - October to May
  • 6 days per week required during season and pays an additional monthly bonus of $750.

Compensation :   Starting pay $16 / per hour with annual increase and tenure bonus.

Are you a poised, detail-driven professional with a passion for luxury service and aviation excellence? Our private FBO is seeking a  Front Desk Concierge  who embodies discretion, precision, and warmth—serving elite clientele in a fast-paced, professional environment.

We are a premier private aviation facility catering to high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives, and VIP travelers. Our commitment to safety, service, and sophistication sets us apart—and we're looking for someone who shares that standard.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist pilots, passengers, and crew with professionalism and grace
  • Coordinate arrivals, departures, and ground services with precision
  • Manage reservations, manifests, and concierge requests
  • Liaise with line service, dispatch, and security teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Uphold confidentiality and deliver concierge-level service tailored to elite clientele

    • Ideal Candidate

  • Prior experience in  FBO, luxury hospitality, or private aviation
  • Impeccable communication and organizational skills
  • Calm under pressure, with a proactive and polished demeanor
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with scheduling, CRM, or aviation software
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
