About the Role and What You'll Do

As a Level 1 Technician , you’re the first line of defense when tech goes sideways.

  • Set up computers, printers, and other workplace tech so clients are ready to roll.
  • Diagnose and fix hardware / software issues—sometimes with parts, sometimes with pure ingenuity.
  • Walk users through new tools, upgrades, and systems like the IT rockstar you are.
  • Keep systems secure (because hackers never sleep).
  • Track and log your work—because details matter in IT.
  • Grow your skills daily in a supportive, team-driven environment.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of IT experience or a strong knack for tech with proven work experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills (patience is your superpower).
  • Comfort working with Windows (all versions), with bonus points for Mac OS.
  • Basic Active Directory know-how.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite installs and repairs.
  • Understanding of basic network security concepts (e.g., anti-virus, data privacy, etc.).
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional = a big plus.
