PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Digital Content Strategist is a key member of the marketing team responsible for building and nurturing Cemen Tech’s digital presence. This role blends social media management, customer / dealer engagement, email marketing, video content creation, SEO, and blogging to drive brand awareness, support our global dealer network, and connect with end users in meaningful ways.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Strategy & Engagement

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community and support customers and dealers.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and content direction.

Content Creation & Video Production

  • Capture and edit short-form videos (primarily phone-based) for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Work with our internal graphics and write captions optimized for engagement and clarity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and dealers to source authentic, impactful content.
  • Maintain editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • SEO & Blogging

  • Write and optimize blog posts to support organic search growth and educate target audiences.
  • Apply SEO best practices across web and social content.
  • Track keyword performance and recommend improvements to increase visibility and traffic.
  • Email Marketing

  • Plan and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, promote content, and support dealer initiatives.
  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging for higher engagement.
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize performance.
  • Maintain email lists and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor KPIs and generate monthly performance reports.
  • Use insights to refine content strategy and improve engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital strategy.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drone experience / license preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience creating vertical video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  • Drone experience / license preferred but not required.
