Position : RN-MedSurg (Travel / Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Zanesville, Ohio — earn up to ($2022 - $2129 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a MedSurg unit.

Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare environments.

Educate patients and families on health management and procedures.

Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.

Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Engage in performance reviews to enhance personal growth.

Experience / Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of Ohio.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a MedSurg nursing role.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Track record of achieving performance targets in healthcare settings.

Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Demonstrated ability to adapt to new procedures and technologies.

Skilled in patient education and health management.
