Job Title

Position Summary : This role involves communicating with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, such as customers, suppliers, and associates. It includes implementing the business plan for the area of responsibility by managing staffing, scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety. The role also involves monitoring and managing productivity, maintaining quality and safety standards, supervising and developing associates and leaders, and fostering a culture of belonging and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications : This role requires an Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and one year's supervisory experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field, or one year's Walmart Logistics Management experience, or two years' Walmart Logistics experience, or two years' supervisory experience. Associates must attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications : Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, Walmart Logistics Systems, Bachelor's : Business, Bachelor's : Logistics.
