Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment support and manage the end-to-end recruiting cycle

Coach and mentor team members to enhance recruitment effectiveness

Proactively recruit passive talent and improve the candidate experience

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

Experience with applicant tracking systems and passive candidate sourcing

Proven experience recruiting for AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science roles

Expert knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with SQL
