LHH is seeking a Property Coordinator to support the property and construction management team in overseeing all product types within the client’s portfolio.
Job Title : Property Coordinator
Department : Property Management
Reports To : Senior Property Manager
Location : Hybrid – Houston, TX 77002
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
Salary Range : $70,000–$80,000 / year
Job Summary
This role is essential in maintaining strong relationships with tenants and vendors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and administrative support.
Primary Responsibilities
Field incoming telephone calls and assist walk-in tenants / vendors with payments and inquiries.
Perform accounts payable and receivable duties.
Build and maintain positive tenant relationships.
Send all payables to Yardi.
Generate service contracts and maintain tracking systems for both property and construction management.
Maintain Brivo access control system.
Track insurance compliance for tenants and vendors.
Maintain utility usage tracker.
Distribute daily mail.
Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong understanding of commercial real estate operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Yardi software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Education & Experience
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in commercial real estate .
GED or High School Diploma required.
Pay Details : $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
