Manufacturing Support Supervisor

The Manufacturing Support Supervisor will lead a team of System Administrators and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who provide support and strategic guidance for key manufacturing software, including manufacturing execution systems (MES), shop floor management, quality management system (QMS) software and other manufacturing-critical platforms. This role ensures high-quality support, efficient operations, and alignment with business goals by overseeing the daily activities, performance, and development of the SME team. This position gathers feedback from primary manufacturing application projects in flight to continually identify process constraints and propose improvements and solutions. This position is also responsible for creating & maintaining platforms for resource utilization reporting, projections, training, and assisting with the hiring process for the Manufacturing Application Support team.
Minimum Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience : 8+ years of experience supporting manufacturing applications, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Experience and proficiency in manufacturing execution systems (MES), shop floor management, and quality management system (QMS) software. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes. Experience in the support, configuration, and advancement of manufacturing technology systems.
Travel : 10-25%
Work Schedule : Typical work hours are between 7 : 00 a.m. and 5 : 00 p.m. Monday Friday; however, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
