POSITION SUMMARY :
Seeking a proactive individual interested in taking on a diverse range of administrative tasks with the capability to troubleshoot operational issues independently. This role involves providing crucial organizational support to various departments within the company, extending beyond traditional administrative responsibilities. Key duties involve monitoring shared inboxes to support system inquiries, address issues, and handle administrative tasks. This includes resolving problems by providing solutions or elevating them to the appropriate higher level for resolution. Additionally, the role involves weekly correspondence with our UK office, managing data uploads, collecting audit materials and delivering them in a clear and concise format, digitizing paper records as-needed, processing outgoing checks weekly, receiving UPS / USPS deliveries, and coordinating the pick-up and delivery of off-site document storage. The position may also involve data entry tasks as required.
