This Family Medicine practice is in gorgeous Superior / Duluth region, which never has a shortage of fun activities! OB is optional. You would be joining a large multi-specialty physician group with locations in northern Wisconsin and Minnesota. Our ideal candidate would be an easy going, patient-centered, physician leader that enjoys working with an existing, low-maintenance, highly relational team. This is a growth position!

- Weekend clinic call is 1 : 8 (1 : 9 starting September ’23). Weeknight call 1 : 8 (1 : 9 starting September ’23)
- Multi-specialty group that consists of FP, IM and NP / PA’s - along with integrated Behavioral Health providing 4 Psychotherapists, 1 Behavioral Health NP, 1 Behavioral Health MD (via Telehealth) and an onsite Behavioral Health Adult Partial Hospitalization Program
- Over 20 outreach specialists including Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology OBGYN, General Surgery, Weight Management, Diabetes, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Pain Management, Orthopedic Med & Surg, Podiatry, Cardiology, Tobacco Cessation, Mediation Therapy Management, Gastroenterology, Vascular Surgery and Urology all on-site as well as others available at the main campus in Duluth
- Nurse-on-line triage 24 / 7
- EPIC (electronic medical records) in clinic and hospital
- Admit to St. Mary's Hospital-Superior, a 25-bed CAH facility with transitional care services. ER physicians staff the ED, along with a PA who staffs the Fast Track ER. Transfers complex cases to St. Mary's Medical Center, 330 bed facility (7 miles from clinic) with Level 1 Trauma designation
- Urgent Care – staffed 7 days a week with NP / PA providers
