Title Assistant-Closing Coordinator

We're searching for a diligent and detail-oriented real estate closing coordinator. You'll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing exceptional client service.

In addition, you'll work with other staff members, law firms, and title companies. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have a good working knowledge of paperwork processes and database management.

Candidate must be able to work in either Winona or Rochester, MN.

Compensation : $58,000 - $62,000 yearly
