HR Service Center Representative
HR Service Center Representative Est. Pay Range : $19.00-$24.00 / hour on w2 Workdays :
The HR Service Center Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. This role involves managing various HR functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Process payroll, benefits, and other HR-related transactions accurately and on time.
- Provide support for employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
