Position Overview :
TheEnterprise Business Development Managerwill focus on expanding our customer base within large-scale organizations and fostering long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate has a proventrack recordof exceeding sales goals, strong negotiation skills, andexpertisein solution-selling to enterprise-level customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to penetrate enterprise markets, focusing on revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Build, nurture, andmaintainrelationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise organizations.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored solutions that align with their businessobjectives.
- Identifyand qualify leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and events to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Foster strategic partnerships with enterprise clients to maximize upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities toidentifynew opportunities.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of client solutions.
- Track sales metrics, provide regular updates to leadership, and leverage data tooptimizebusiness development efforts.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in enterprise sales or business development (5+ years), with a strongtrack recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience selling to medium -large organizations preferred.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform strategies.Ability to build trust and credibility with C-suite executives and other high-level stakeholders.Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforceor similar) and sales methodologies.Bachelors degree inSTEM, Business, Marketing, or a related field.Willingness to travel as needed,up to30% of the time.Please note this job description is not designed to cover orcontain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that arerequired ofthe employee for this job.
