Head of Product Operations

A company is looking for a Head of Product Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Shape and execute the product operations strategy for financial products within the US region

Define the product roadmap, aligning it with overall business goals and objectives

Own key product metrics such as customer growth, retention, and product operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Expertise in product management of US-based products, preferably in crypto or fintech

Track record of successful tech product launches and improving product operations

Deep understanding of fintech regulatory frameworks

Experience coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Audit teams

Fluency in Ukrainian / Russian will be an advantage
