Commercial Skylight Installation Foreman

Role : Commercial Skylight Installation Foreman

Pay : $30$40 / hr

Type : Contract to Hire

Location : Papillion, Nebraska

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team (up to 2 people) installing skylights in commercial settings (schools, hospitals, prisons, etc.)
  • Coordinate with clients and maintain project documentation
  • Travel weekly to job sites (home most weekends)
  • Work 5565 hours / week, MondaySaturday, with occasional off-shift flexibility

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with skylight installation, glazing, and construction
  • Blueprint reading and tool proficiency (hand / power tools)
  • Waterproofing, caulking, sealing expertise
  • Supervisory experience in construction

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience on flat commercial roofs
  • Carpentry and assembly skills
  • Forklift operation
  • Commercial waterproofing knowledge

    • The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr.
