Seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney licensed to practice in Texas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling personal injury cases from pre-suit negotiations through litigation. This role requires strong legal research, negotiation, and courtroom skills, as well as the ability to manage a caseload efficiently and provide outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle personal injury cases from initial client intake and pre-suit investigation to trial and settlement.

Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.

Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials in state and federal courts in Texas.

Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties.

Counsel clients on legal rights, potential outcomes, and case strategies.

Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring timely compliance with all procedural requirements.

Collaborate with paralegals, associates, and support staff to maximize case efficiency.

Stay up to date with Texas personal injury laws, statutes, and case precedents.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active Texas Bar License in good standing.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in personal injury law, including pre-suit negotiations and litigation.

Strong litigation and courtroom experience preferred.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and writing skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
